Discover how you are perceived in the workplace by your co-workers. This process is a powerful 360 degree feedback experience that provides this information. Our report is provided through a safe, confidential process. STM offers coaching follow-up to assist in making and measuring corrective changes.

The Process Includes:
      A contracting session with the participant to present the process and together make the final determination to proceed
      Self-assessment interview
      Evaluation package (Personality Profiler, Personality Factor Profile - DISC, Job Perception Inventory, LEAD)
      Perception interviews with selected persons in the workplace who routinely interact with the participant
      Compilation of interview and evaluation data into a confidential report for the participant
      Individually tailored coaching sessions with the participant
      An optional follow-up survey with the interviewees to measure progress
      A joint conference with the participant, the supervisory person, and the relational consultant offers closure to our process
General Outcomes
