Team Building STM provides team building programs for groups of all sizes. Our process creates a level of synergy which results in sustained high performance toward attaining business goals. We customize a program unique to each group. This includes individual and group personality type profiling, team member opinins collected through interviews and written surveys; and a retreat to analyze the data, experientially learn, and develop action plans for moving ahead. Ongoing follow-up is utilized by most clients. A team building model is integrated into our process. This model offers a road map assisting teams in developing a process to achieve continued growth.
