Our Team Leaders

Jerry has been a relational specialist and counselor for over 30 years.  He is an internationally recognized facilitator, assessment advisor, lecturer, and author.  Jerry is a designer of the Portrait Systems online personality assessment instruments.  The International University Foundation awarded him the honorary degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Psychotherapy in 1990.  In 1994 he was honored as a member of the Who’s Who of Global Business Leaders.

Stephen has served as an assessment facilitator for over 25 years.  He is the online testing assessment coordinator, overseeing all testing and survey preparations.  He served as the co-developer in creation of the Portrait Systems instruments.  Stephen is a relational coach, lecturer, and organizational advisor.  He is a graduate of Wheaton College and received his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.
